Windows or Mac

It plays on my phone but does not download

Playback on your phone may depend on a signed-in account, a regional entitlement or DRM. IOdown does not receive those permissions with the episode link.

The result is shorter, silent or looks different

Compare episode duration before saving. A trailer or preview is not the full program. Resolution follows the accessible source; alternate audio and subtitles are not promised.

The prepared file has expired

Request the original media page again only if it is still accessible. The temporary file expiry is shown with the result; do not reuse an expired output link.

If the service reports that it is busy, wait before retrying. A source-access error needs a different check: confirm the original item still exists and is publicly accessible. Repeatedly submitting a restricted or unavailable item does not grant access.
