Open one recording and compare its title and duration with the audio player before copying the page address. Paste the link and request the file
Paste the URL into the Video link field above and select Get video. Keep the page open while the request is queued and processed. If an error appears, read it before retrying; a valid link does not guarantee access to the media.
Preview and save the MP4
When a file is ready, play the preview and check its duration and sound. Choose Download MP4 before the displayed expiry time. Locate the file in your browser’s downloads list or your device’s Files or Downloads folder.

Once the preview matches the original item, choose Download MP4 before the displayed expiry time. Follow the steps for your device below.
- iPhone or iPad
- Choose Download MP4, then check the browser’s downloads list and Files. If a compatible video offers Save Video in the share menu, you can save it to Photos. Audio-only files may need Files or an audio player.
- Android
- Confirm the browser’s download prompt and check Downloads in your file manager. If the file opens in a player, use its save action. Opening a preview does not by itself save a local copy.
- Windows or Mac
- Choose Download MP4 and locate the file through the browser’s downloads list. Keep the .mp4 extension and use a compatible player; renaming it to .mp3 does not convert its contents.

- The prepared file has expired
- Request the original media page again only if it is still accessible. The temporary file expiry is shown with the result; do not reuse an expired output link.
If the service reports that it is busy, wait before retrying. A source-access error needs a different check: confirm the original item still exists and is publicly accessible. Repeatedly submitting a restricted or unavailable item does not grant access.
