What to expect from NetEase Cloud Music

Resolve common NetEase Cloud Music problems

The song link was rejected

The recorded production check rejected a /#/song?id= link before processing. Keep the song ID and inspect the error. A local test resolving that address does not prove the public service now accepts it.

The file is short or has no picture

Check duration first. A short file may be the accessible preview; an audio-only file normally has no moving picture. Neither symptom is fixed by renaming .mp4 to .mp3.

For an expired output file, request the original item again only if it is still accessible. For a source access error, follow the specific message before retrying.
